I need help with money for my infant son!?

I am a single son and my son was diagnosed with Morning Glory Syndrome. His bills are extremely hard to pay for and I am still paying for my hospital bills for my pregnancy. He goes to the Opthamologist twice a month which is 500 dollars each time has an MRI which is a thousand every 4 months and has to go through a medical procedure soon.



Im 19 I quit my job to become a stay at home mom and I am a full student. Is there any goverenment organization that can help me. Im not into government help but im on the brink of bankrupcy with all these bills

Alright hun what you need to do is look up your local department of job and family. ask to talk to a social worker and explain evrything to them. they offer food stamps, medical coverage and monthly support checks. because you are 19 and have no job and have a baby you will be covered for the insurance for sure i can tell you that right now. it just takes a lot of processing to get it going but dont let your case fall through the cracks, keep on your case worker. trust me. they will let you slip away if you dont keep in contact with them yourself at first. also to help more, you need to contact your local WIC they offer something like foodstamps but it only covers certian food. milk, eggs, cheese, cereal and peanutbutter to name a few. the staples of a healthy diet really. this helps a TON. let me tell you. i know it dosent seem like much, but wow le tme tell you what i save with WIC goes towards gas and its coveres each month for me. just keep your head together hun this help is there for times just like this. and its nothing to be ashamed of. your admitting you need help and its a good thing. your going to school so you wont be on it forever. how far do you think most people would get if they didnt have a helping hand every so often? take a deep breath hun and remember it will all work out. best of luck ^_^



oh oh also! good news, they have up to 4 months of backpay on medical bills if your covered. life is good right? lol this is how it all works here anyway im guessing it works pretty much the same in texas aswell.
Reply:Is it possible for you to move? Arizona has a good state health plan you can get on. It's called ACCCHS and it would help you immensely! Aside from that, I really don't know what to advise you to do. I'm sorry...

Reply:MEDICAID!! definitely look into that! they can help you with your bills up to 3 months before you applied as well. It will help you out sooooo much!
