I live in Orange County and would like to get some sparklers for my New Year's party. I figure they're not sold at party stores because they probably count as fireworks. Any ideas?
Where can i buy sparklers for New Year? Morning glories and such..?
Drive to Rockport, Missouri. They always have there firework stores open.
