Does anyone know what font this is?

and its the one that states "Kirarin Revolution! Fansite and Fanlisting"

This font is also used in products like Morning Glory [a store that sells stationary goods and is shipped from Korea to the U.S.] The font is seen in quotes on these products.

This font looks more child written than script. I thought this font was cute and I wanted to use it but I don't know where to get it let alone what its called so please help me! %26gt;%26lt;;
