She has some stunning morning glories and, although I don't know about the hawaiian woodrose, you could email and ask her. She specializes in rare and exotic annuals, so she may very well have it, or let you know where you can find it.
Reply:I would check on ebay, that is where I have purchased A LOT of regular and unusual seeds. Some are from here in the USA and some are from sellers outside the country and are rare and maybe illegal to ship here but I still get them for my garden. They are mostly unusual flowers and such. That is what I would do.
